I take this to improve my physical performance. I used this as my supplement before getting an intense workout for a day, but I also take this before going to work cause I feel like I have more energy when I take this.

This supplement is indeed a perfect pre-workout drink that will give you the tingly sensation. I bought this because I noticed that I'm always dealing with muscle fatigue which results in getting out of the gym after I felt tired and numbness. I also work 8 hours a day, and this gives me more oomph for my regular exercise. Highly recommended!

This is my very first experience purchasing supplement at Raw Powders and I must say I am very pleased with it. It works as much as I expected. The product is definitely legit and works well. I've been on a 600 calorie diet per day, and I have to boost my strength as well for my gym hence I take this as a pre workout supplement.

New to all this, just started using it few weeks back and i can say 100% it helps A LOT with my work outs (i take it 30 min before with Creatine)
