I'm a decades long traveller down the serotonin road, and am very familiar with 5-HTP, NAC and all the semi-tryptophans around. This, though, is no placebo..!

The effect was very, very noticable in both me and my girlfriend. She has life long sleeping problems that keeps her awake for days on end. This magic powder gives her actual, for reals, restful hours many of these days now!
